Our WestCoat spray paint system is designed to be sprayed on the following materials: Plastic, GRP, PVC-u, ABS, carbon fibre, acrylic, powder-coated surfaces, cladding and polypropylene.
It is available in thousands of colours, including RAL and F&B colour ranges. We also offer a bespoke colour-matching service for customers who need to match a specific colour.
Our WestCoat spray paint finish is between 90-150 microns thick. Standard Aluminium windows and doors have a 40 micron paint finish, Marine Grade Aluminium has 60 microns and a car’s typical paint thickness is 140 microns. We are at least 50% more than marine-grade Aluminium, and depending on how heavy-handed our sprayer is on the day, it could be more than your car.
If you live too close to the sea, Aluminium profile manufacturers have been known to offer zero-year guarantee, even on their marine-grade products.

Our typical spraying process will consist of two or three coats of paint and one or two coats of satin lacquer, which gives our product an Eggshell/Satin finish.
